The Accelerated Path

In the overwhelm of podcasts, books, conferences, and the advice of so many people with ideas, what everyone is looking for is a simple, clear, and well-paced path to cut through all the noise.  The common question is around how a company gets from where it is to an aspirational future.  Some companies are in a deep trough and need to climb out while others are experiencing some level of success and are looking for even more.  As trusted advisors, we start where you are and help you get on a path to achieving a greater level of success.

While every experience is contextualized to fit the culture, team, and unique characteristics of your company, there is a fairly typical path we take with everyone.  Depending on where you are and where you want to go, the solution for your situation might require some or all of these simple steps:

  1. Surveys and interviews with key team members to develop a clear “as is” assessment of current state and unique challenges.

  2. Help select the appropriate leadership core that fully represents each area of your work with those excited about your future.

  3. Jump start the progress through a 2-day offsite experience where the team is strengthened, culture is defined, an aspirational future is determined, and a plan is created to get you there.

  4. Build engagement and individual ownership of the team to execute on the plan.

  5. Help define the necessary meeting governance to create a limited but impactful slate of meetings in a new rhythm.

  6. Craft the organizational design to achieve that aspirational future.

  7. Create position agreements to build engagement, ownership, and clarifying roles, through making job deliverables clear and connecting every employee to the company’s future.

  8. Provide one-on-one coaching with key team members to help overcome challenges and ensure sustainable success at every level.
